Scott Andrew Mossman is an immigration attorney based in Oakland, California — He has been practicing immigration and naturalization law exclusively since 2003. His practice focuses on assisting applicants with criminal convictions, providing removal defense, and collaborating with criminal defense counsel to minimize immigration consequences of convictions.
