Samuel Franklin Trussell is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Trussell is the principal attorney at Samuel F. Trussell Attorney at Law, a law firm located at 77564 Country Club Dr., Suite 150, Palm Desert, CA 92211. He has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire regions.

Mr. Trussell earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at San Francisco State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1972. He furthered his studies at San Francisco State University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Humanities in 1975.

Mr. Trussell concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and products liability law. He represents individuals in matters involving wrongful death, vehicular accidents, defective products, premises liability, elder abuse, and swimming pool injuries. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Trussell has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. In addition to his private practice, he has taught Tort Law at the California Desert Trial Academy for eleven years and served as an instructor in the University of California, Riverside Extension, Paralegal Studies Program, teaching Tort Law and other law-related subjects.

Mr. Trussell is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Coachella Valley effectively.
