About Samuel
Samuel Alexander is an appellate lawyer whose training and early work center on Florida appeals. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida in 2017 after completing law school work that began in 2014. The degree marked the end of his academic preparation and the start of a career in appellate law.
Fresh out of law school, Alexander joined the Fifth District Court of Appeal as a Senior Staff Lawyer in 2017. In that capacity he worked on the legal research and drafting that support appellate decision-making. The position placed him inside the court process, where he became familiar with briefing, opinion drafting, and the procedural mechanics that shape appellate outcomes.
After his time at the court, Alexander moved into private appellate practice. He established Alexander Appellate Law P.A., where he handles appeals for clients across Florida. His work includes preparing appellate briefs and presenting matters in appellate courts. He represents clients in cases that require detailed record review and precise legal argument, and he manages the procedural steps that preserve issues for appeal.
Alexander maintains connections to the local legal community. He has been a member of the Orange County Bar Association since 2019 and joined the Volusia County Bar Association in 2019 as well. Those memberships keep him engaged with regional practitioners and the calendars of the courts where he files and argues appeals.
