About Salar
Salar Atrizadeh graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004. He moved into practice at a time when digital law was becoming more central to business and litigation. Early in his career he combined traditional litigation training with an interest in technology and internet policy.
He is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia. His memberships include the State Bar of California (2008–present), the D.C. Court of Appeals (2009–present) and the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit (2013–present). He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and has longstanding participation in national bar activities dating back to the American Bar Association in 2007.
Atrizadeh established a solo practice, operating under the Law Offices of Salar Atrizadeh. The firm handles matters that cross the boundaries of law and technology. He appears in state and federal courts and represents clients in disputes that often involve digital evidence, online conduct and regulatory issues tied to information security.
Outside of litigation he has taken visible roles in professional and specialist groups. He serves on the advisory board of the Information Systems Security Association and holds membership in the Internet Society. He is also a member of the California State Bar’s Cyberspace Law Committee, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect a sustained interest in how law and technology intersect.
Colleagues and clients describe him as practical in approach. He tends to break complex technical facts down into clear legal questions. In court filings and hearings he has relied on procedural and evidentiary tools to present technical material for judges and juries who may have limited technical backgrounds.
His practice has evolved alongside regulatory and technological change. He continues to handle matters that involve internet law, privacy, data security and related federal litigation. He also consults on compliance and risk issues where digital systems are central to a client’s operations.
He continues to run the Law Offices of Salar Atrizadeh and remains active in professional organizations related to cyberspace law and information security. His current practice addresses technology, privacy and cyberspace law matters.
