About Saikon
Saikon Gbehan entered law school after completing a double major in psychology and business administration at the University of Rhode Island, where he earned his B.A. in 2005. He continued his studies at Northeastern University School of Law, finishing his J.D. in 2008. Those years framed a practical approach to the law, mixing analytical training with courtroom exposure.
His first post-law school position was as a civil litigation associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan in 2008. There he worked on contested matters that ranged from commercial disputes to municipal claims. The work sharpened his litigation skills and introduced him to the procedural demands of state and federal practice in New England.
Two years later he opened his own practice. In 2010 he formed the Law Office of Saikon Gbehan, LLC. Running a small firm required him to handle client intake, case strategy, and the administrative side of legal work. That experience broadened his perspective on how law firms operate and what clients expect from counsel in and out of the courtroom.
Gbehan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has been listed as a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association since 2008. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Those credentials allow him to file and argue cases across state and federal forums in the region.
His practice emphasizes civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in disputes that touch on contracts, torts, and other civil claims. He has handled matters from initial pleadings through discovery and, when necessary, trial. He also spends time on pretrial negotiation and settlement efforts, aiming to resolve disputes on terms that reflect clients’ objectives.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing case files and steady in court. He tends to take a practical view of litigation risks and timelines. Clients who work with him can expect hands-on communication and direct involvement in the development of legal strategy.
He has remained active in local legal circles through bar association membership. That involvement keeps him current on changes in procedure and regional case law. He continues to maintain his practice at the Law Office of Saikon Gbehan, LLC, where he concentrates on civil litigation and related matters.
