About Ryan

Ryan Spickard built his legal foundation in classrooms and lecture halls before moving into the courtroom. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and family studies from Union University in 2010. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis in 2014.

After completing law school, he began practicing in Tennessee. He is admitted to the Tennessee bar and has handled a range of matters in state courts. Early years in practice offered him a steady exposure to client counseling, case preparation and courtroom procedure, and those experiences shaped how he approaches work today.

He has maintained active professional memberships since 2014. Those connections have kept him close to developments in Tennessee law and to peers across the state. He engages in continuing legal education and professional networking as part of routine practice.

Spickard works from Spickard Law PLLC. The firm handles client matters that require hands-on attention and regular court appearances. He manages case files, prepares pleadings and meets with clients to discuss legal options. He emphasizes clear explanation of legal processes and practical next steps so clients understand what’s at stake.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and straightforward in client conversations. He balances the detail-oriented work that case preparation demands with the need to communicate plainly about outcomes and timelines. That mixture guides how he staffs matters and allocates time between research, filings and client meetings.

Beyond the office, he keeps connections to the legal community in Tennessee. Those relationships help when moves in a case require collaboration with other attorneys or local court personnel. He follows state court developments and updates his practice procedures as rules and case law evolve.

He currently practices at Spickard Law PLLC, serving clients across Tennessee.
