About Ryan

Ryan Nori entered the legal profession after completing his formal legal training and qualifying as an attorney. He has accumulated multiple professional certifications that inform his approach to transactions and client advising. Rather than following a single-track path, Nori built a practice that crosses corporate, investment and transactional boundaries.

Early in his career he moved between private practice and in-house roles, gaining experience on both sides of deal tables. Over time he organized his work into several distinct entities. Those offices include Ryan Nori Law, RN Venture Capital, Legacy Ventures and Nori M&A. Each plays a different role: some serve transactional clients, others manage investments or sponsor deals.

Nori’s work spans corporate transactions, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. He handles deal structuring, document negotiation and the coordination of advisors during complex closings. He also spends time advising founders, investors and boards on governance and the practical mechanics of growth-stage investments. His multiple certifications support these activities, offering additional credentials when regulatory or technical issues arise.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in the room. He favors clear drafting and efficient negotiations over theatrical displays. That approach suits clients who value speed and predictability in transactions. On larger matters he often marshals small teams across his affiliated offices to keep responsibilities aligned and communications direct.

Today Nori practices through his namesake law office and associated companies. He divides time between legal work and the investment and advisory efforts of RN Venture Capital, Legacy Ventures and Nori M&A. He continues to work on corporate transactions, venture investments and mergers and acquisitions as his principal practice areas.
