Ryan J McGraw built his legal foundation at Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in social and behavioral sciences in 2009. He continued his studies at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2012. Those years set the groundwork for a practice that spans trial work and appellate matters in Ohio and federal court.
Fresh out of law school McGraw joined Kircher Law Office, LLC as an associate in 2012. That early work gave him courtroom exposure and hands-on litigation experience. Five years later he moved into a leadership role when he became a partner in 2017 at Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima. The promotion marked a steady rise from associate to firm leadership within a relatively short span.
McGraw is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations. He has been on the Cincinnati Bar Foundation board since 2022. He is also a member of the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, the National Crime Victim Bar Association, and the Ohio Association for Justice, each since the mid-2010s. He belongs as well to the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association, memberships that date back to 2012.
