About Ryan French
Ryan French Beach holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Michigan State University, completing his undergraduate studies in 2002. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2007. Those years shaped the practical side of his training. He worked as a legal clerk while in law school and then moved straight into practice after graduation.
In 2006 he served as a legal clerk at Michigan Legal Services, a role that exposed him to client intake and the procedural demands of public-interest law. The following year he began work as an attorney with Acclaim Legal Services. That early period gave him routine courtroom exposure and steady caseload management. He handled client matters, filings and hearings that would become the backbone of his later practice.
Beach formed The Law Offices of Ryan F. Beach, PLLC in 2015 and has practiced there as owner and lawyer since. Leading a small firm changed the daily rhythm of his work. He manages case strategy and the firm’s operations. He also continues to appear in court on behalf of clients.
His bar admissions include the State of Michigan and the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is a member of the Debtors Bar of West Michigan, a membership he has held since 2015. That affiliation reflects the type of matters he routinely handles and the professional community he works alongside.
Over the years he has represented individuals in matters that commonly arise in consumer-debt practice. He appears in bankruptcy-related proceedings and in federal district courts when litigation requires it. His work involves preparing petitions, attending hearings and advising clients on the practical effects of filings. He also navigates procedural issues that accompany both state and federal filings.
Clients at his firm encounter a lawyer who combines courtroom experience from his early career with the administrative responsibilities of running a solo practice. Beach balances casework with managing a practice that serves people facing financial and legal uncertainty. He currently concentrates his practice on debtor-oriented matters and related federal and state filings.
