About Ryan Donald

Ryan Donald Saba is a seasoned civil litigation and trial attorney based in Beverly Hills, California. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1997. As a founding partner of Rosen Saba, LLP, he is known for handling complex cases across various practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, business law, employment law, products liability, civil rights, and legal malpractice. Born in 1972 in Los Angeles, Saba graduated from Loyola High School in 1990. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California later that year and has been an active member since 1997.

Throughout his career, Saba has achieved significant milestones. In 2020, he secured a $25.6 million jury verdict in a wrongful death case, marking it as the largest personal injury verdict in California that year. In 2023, he led a team to win a $62 million jury verdict in a federal trial involving a breach of confidentiality and trade secrets, one of the largest verdicts of that year. Saba's expertise spans many federal and state matters, including consumer litigation, employment litigation, women's rights, complex business and entertainment disputes, catastrophic injury claims, professional responsibility, copyright/trademark, civil rights, maritime. Municipal, insurance bad faith, landowner, and product liability. He has been recognized for his contributions to the legal field, being named among the "Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys" in Southern California by America's Top 100 in 2019.

Additionally, he has been featured in Super Lawyers magazine and The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation, employment law, and personal injury practice. Saba is also a leading Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) attorney, having pioneered and designed numerous collectives. He has represented multiple NCAA Division I coaches and players and currently serves on the Board of Directors for USC's NIL collective, House of Victory. He is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. In 2025, he was appointed to the Standing Committee on Discipline of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Saba is married and has three children.
