About Roy Milton Kinsey
Roy Milton Kinsey Jr. is a semi-retired attorney based in Pensacola, Florida — He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1972. His practice areas include general law, personal injury, and ethics and professional responsibility. Mr.
Kinsey earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1969. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in 1972, followed by a role as Assistant Public Defender in 1973. In 1974, he co-founded Kinsey, Troxel, Johnson & Walborsky, P.A., serving as Chief Pilot and Founding Partner. He has been semi-retired since 2017.
In addition to his legal career, Mr. Kinsey holds multiple pilot certifications, including Commercial Pilot ratings for single and multi-engine airplanes, instrument airplane, and glider. He is also a certified flight instructor for single and multi-engine airplanes. Mr.
Kinsey's contributions to the legal community have been recognized by The Florida Bar, which honored him as a 50-year member in 2022. He resides at 1925 Brainerd St, Pensacola, FL 32503.
