About Rotem
Rotem Tamir earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2019, after beginning her studies in 2016. While at Loyola she concentrated on employment law and took courses that addressed workplace disputes and labor regulation. Her academic training provided a foundation for the work she would pursue after graduation.
After completing law school, Tamir became licensed to practice in California. She joined Bluestone Law, where she is part of the firm's employment practice. Her move into private practice followed a period of classroom study that emphasized both litigation skills and statutory analysis. She has built her day-to-day work around the issues that most often arise between employers and employees.
At Bluestone Law Tamir handles a range of employment matters. She works on disputes that reach the courtroom as well as issues resolved through negotiation and internal policy review. Her work includes advising on employment policies, responding to claims, and helping clients understand their options under California law. She combines case preparation with attention to procedural detail in order to present a clear legal position.
Colleagues describe Tamir as methodical in how she approaches a file. She breaks down complex statutes and regulations into concrete steps a client can follow. That tends to make her courtroom arguments and written submissions easier to follow. She also emphasizes timely communication, keeping opposing counsel and clients informed as a case develops.
Outside of formal litigation, Tamir has been involved in drafting workplace documents and advising on compliance matters. She approaches those tasks with the same emphasis on clarity and practicality she brings to contested matters. Her background in employment law from Loyola informs how she assesses risk and structures advice.
Tamir’s practice sits squarely within California employment law. She continues to handle employment-related disputes, policy work, and compliance matters at Bluestone Law. Her current practice focuses on employment law matters in California.
