About Ross B.

Ross B. Russell built a legal foundation across Texas and beyond. He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014, after completing a B.S. at Tarleton State University in 2011 and an A.A.S. at McLennan Community College in 2009. Those years on campus preceded a steady accumulation of roles in arbitration, mediation and private practice.

Early in his career he pursued memberships that aligned with alternate dispute resolution and professional bar organizations. He joined the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Texas Bar College in 2015. The following year he became a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Those affiliations accompany practical roles he holds on industry panels.

Russell serves as a panel arbitrator and mediator for several associations. He joined the National Futures Association panel in 2015 and began work as a FINRA panel arbitrator in 2016. He has also worked as a panel arbitrator and mediator for the American Health Lawyers Association. These assignments have involved overseeing hearings, evaluating regulatory and contractual claims and helping parties reach resolutions outside of court.

In 2016 he established his own firm and took the title of Managing Lawyer at Law Offices of Ross Russell, P.C. He handles case management, client intake and the firm’s litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. He is licensed to practice in Texas and North Dakota, is admitted in the District of Columbia and is authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

His practice reflects the mix of roles he has held: private representation, arbitration panels and mediation work for industry groups. He handles matters tied to securities and futures disputes when serving on industry panels, and he has experience in health law dispute resolution through the American Health Lawyers Association panel work. He combines courtroom preparation with the procedural demands of arbitration hearings and mediations.

He continues to lead the Law Offices of Ross Russell, P.C., serving clients in contested and regulatory matters and acting as an arbitrator and mediator for industry bodies. His practice includes arbitration, mediation and regulatory matters.
