About Rosemarie Mo
Rosemarie Mo Blase attended Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned a B.A. in political science in 1994. She continued her legal education at the University of Notre Dame Law School and received her J.D. in 1998. Those formative years established the academic foundation she has relied on throughout her career.
After law school, Blase launched her legal career in Missouri. Over time she gained experience handling a range of matters that arose in state practice. Her professional path brought her into the Missouri legal community and into regular contact with judges, opposing counsel and clients across the state.
In 2009 she joined the law firm Dowd Bennett. She has been listed as part of the firm's attorneys since that time. Her role at the firm has involved representing clients in the matters the firm takes on and working alongside colleagues on case strategy and preparation.
Blase is a member of the Missouri State Bar. That membership links her to the courts and rules of practice in the state where she works. She maintains whatever continuing legal education and procedural registrations are required to remain active in the bar and to appear in Missouri courts.
Colleagues describe her work style as methodical and practical. She favors clear written work and careful case preparation. Those habits show up in routine case management and in courtroom filings. She communicates with clients about expectations and next steps, and she coordinates with others on complex matters that require several hands.
Outside of day-to-day representation, Blase’s career reflects steady practice rather than public-facing law reform or academic posts. She does not have public records of judicial appointments, published legal treatises, or bar leadership positions listed in available professional summaries.
She remains based at Dowd Bennett in Missouri, where her current practice concentrates on her work at the firm in serving clients and handling the legal matters that come through the office.
