Rose C — Crunkleton has been practicing law in Maryland since 1994. She is a member of the Calvert County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Currently, she serves as the president-elect of the Calvert County Bar Association, having previously held positions as its treasurer and secretary. Rose earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to law school, she graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Platt of the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County. Following her clerkship, she practiced law with her father, George A — Wilkinson, in Hyattsville, Maryland. In 1999, she established her own practice, the Law Offices of Rose C. Crunkleton, LLC, in Dunkirk, Maryland — At her firm, Rose focuses on business law, estate planning, and probate matters.
She assists clients with drafting wills, establishing trusts, and navigating the probate process. Her financial expertise allows her to provide comprehensive guidance in business formation and contracts — Beyond her legal practice, Rose is actively involved in community organizations. She has served as an elected member and president of the Calvert County Board of Education. Additionally, she has been the past president of the Northern Middle PTSA and the Northern Band Boosters.
