About Ronnie Jane
Ronnie Jane Lamm built a nontraditional path to the law. She first trained as an educator, earning a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Science in Education from the City University of New York system. Years after those degrees, she returned to school and received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2003.
Her academic record shows a steady progression from the classroom to the courtroom. The early degrees speak to a grounding in education and children’s issues. The later law degree reflects a midcareer shift into legal practice. That combination of credentials has shaped how she approaches cases and client problems.
Lamm is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and holds admission to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. She has maintained professional memberships in local and specialized groups, including the Lee County Bar since 2018 and the Association of Family Law Professionals since 2019. Those memberships keep her connected to regional developments and to peers who handle similar matters.
Her practice is conducted through Lamm Law PLLC. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing files and steady in court. She handles litigation and transactional matters that commonly arise in family law. Courtroom appearances in state and federal settings are part of her work when cases require it.
Clients who work with her encounter an attorney who draws on both educational and legal training. That background informs how she frames custody and parenting issues, and it influences the way she presents evidence about a child’s needs. She is equally involved in negotiating settlements and pressing contentious matters when settlement is not possible.
Outside formal filings and hearings, Lamm stays involved in bar activities and professional groups that address family law practice and regional legal concerns. Her career reflects a mix of academic preparation and legal practice spanning two jurisdictions. She maintains active licenses in New York and Florida and the ability to practice before the nation’s highest court.
She currently concentrates her practice on family law matters in New York and Florida.
