About Ronald F.

Ronald F. Chalker built a legal foundation from classroom to courtroom. He earned a B.S. from Georgia Southern University in 1979 and completed his J.D. at Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1982. Those years set the stage for a career that has mixed teaching, firm work and trial practice in Georgia.

Early in his career he taught business law as an adjunct professor at Southern Polytechnic State University in 1985. That role kept him close to the academic side of the law and to the practical questions students bring into the classroom. He moved quickly between teaching and practice, balancing explanation of legal concepts with hands-on client work.

By 1988 he was a partner at the Law Offices of Falanga & Chalker. That partnership established him in firm practice and in litigation circles. He has maintained professional ties to trial lawyer organizations, and his memberships include the American Association for Justice, The Georgia Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers.

Chalker’s professional life has been centered in Georgia. He has over three decades of experience in state practice and has worked in roles that require courtroom presence, client counseling and firm management. His background in both business law education and firm partnership gives him a practical perspective on case strategy and client needs.

In addition to his firm work, Chalker has been involved with organizations that represent trial attorneys. Those memberships reflect the types of matters he has handled and the professional community he remains part of. He has moved from early teaching assignments into sustained practice and organizational involvement.

Today he is associated with several injury law offices, including Southside Injury Law, Appalachian Injury Law and Chalker Injury Law. He continues to practice in Georgia and remains active in the trial bar organizations listed above. His current practice centers on personal injury matters at the firms noted.

He is licensed to practice in Georgia and continues to handle cases through the offices with which he is associated. His present practice focuses on personal injury law at Southside Injury Law, Appalachian Injury Law and Chalker Injury Law.
