About Ronald C. Iacone

Ronald C. Iacone Jr. earned his Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. He built his legal foundation there and went on to join several professional groups that reflect the subjects he works on in practice. His training at a regional law school has informed a practice rooted in Florida practice areas and matters that reach beyond state lines.

Over the years, Iacone has aligned his professional activity with committees and sections that focus on property, trusts, probate and international matters. He is a member of The Florida Bar and holds current memberships in the International Law Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section, where he participates in the Asset Protection Committee. He also serves on the International Law Committee of the Miami-Dade Bar Association. Those affiliations guide the types of questions he fields and the colleagues he works with.

Colleagues describe his work in practical terms: addressing legal structures for property ownership, trust administration and estate-related concerns, while also addressing asset protection strategies. His committee work suggests an interest in how trust and property law intersects with creditor protection and estate planning mechanics. The international law memberships reflect involvement in matters that cross borders, whether through client connections, asset locations or transactional complexity.

Iacone’s practice is influenced by the procedural and substantive aspects of probate and trust administration. He engages with the regulatory and statutory frameworks that shape real property transactions and trust governance. The Asset Protection Committee role brings a preventive dimension to his legal considerations, pushing toward structures and arrangements designed to respond to creditor risks, family succession planning and the transfer of wealth across generations.

Participation in local and state bar groups also informs his work. The Miami-Dade Bar Association International Law Committee offers a forum for lawyers dealing with cross-border deals, immigration-adjacent concerns and multinational estates. The International Law Section membership provides access to comparative law perspectives and resources that can be useful when clients have assets or family ties outside the United States.

Iacone balances practical casework with committee involvement and professional networking. He draws on his law school training and ongoing bar activity to advise clients on transactional, estate and cross-border issues. He currently handles asset protection, real property, probate and trust matters, and international law issues.
