Mr. Altman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 1981. He is eligible to practice in all state courts in California and federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
