Ronald Allen "Ronnie" Yeates is a seasoned criminal defense attorney based in The Woodlands, Texas. With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, he is known for his expertise and dedication. Mr. Yeates earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2000, a pivotal step that led to his admission to the State Bar of Texas on May 2, 2001. His early legal career began with an internship at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where he focused on investigating cold cases and homicides, gaining invaluable insights into the criminal justice system. Following his time in Montgomery County, Mr. Yeates further developed his skills at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

In 2001, he took on a pivotal role as a Felony Prosecutor at the Grimes County District Attorney’s Office. Over the course of 17 years, he personally oversaw more than 13,000 Class B and Class A Misdemeanor charges. In 2018, Mr. Yeates made a significant career transition by founding Ronnie Yeates PLLC in The Woodlands, Texas.
