About Ron D

Ron D Brown built his legal foundation at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his J.D. The law school years sharpened his interest in consumer matters and state practice. He returned to Oklahoma to start his career and has remained there professionally.

Early in his career Brown joined local practices and handled a mixture of civil and consumer matters. Over time his caseload leaned increasingly toward consumer bankruptcy. He joined the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers in 2009 and has kept that membership current. The association ties have kept him connected to developments in bankruptcy law and to a network of lawyers who concentrate on individual debtor representation.

Brown's work is rooted in Oklahoma law. He is admitted to practice in the state and has built experience in procedures and courts across the region. His files typically include chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, creditor negotiations and related relief-seeking in state courts. He approaches cases in a practical manner, aiming to resolve the immediate financial questions his clients face and to map out next steps for clients emerging from bankruptcy.

Colleagues describe Brown as pragmatic in the courtroom and straightforward with clients. He has handled routine matters and contested claims, and he often guides clients through the paperwork and hearings that accompany consumer filings. He places emphasis on clear explanations so clients understand timelines, filings and potential outcomes.

Brown maintains offices in two of Oklahoma's larger population centers. He practices out of Brown Law Office in Tulsa and also maintains a presence at Brown Law Office in Oklahoma City. Those offices serve a mix of local residents who need bankruptcy relief and people from neighboring communities who prefer in-person consultations.

Outside of casework, Brown attends seminars and continuing legal education that track changes in consumer bankruptcy rules and procedures. His long-standing membership in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers reflects an ongoing engagement with the specialty and with peers who practice the same work.

As of 2026 he continues to handle consumer bankruptcy matters and related state-court issues through Brown Law Office in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, focusing his practice on helping individuals address personal debt and seek statutory relief.
