Robin J — Peterson is the founder of Robin J. Peterson Company, LLC, a law firm specializing in Ohio workers' compensation cases. Established in July 2000, the firm has offices in Independence and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Robin has been practicing law since 1992, focusing primarily on representing injured workers and their families throughout Northeast Ohio. Robin earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1991.
Prior to law school, he graduated from Kent State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. During his undergraduate years, Robin was a scholarship athlete and a member of the Golden Flash Football Program. Before founding his own firm, Robin gained experience in workers' compensation law. From 1990 to July 2000, he worked with the Cleveland law firm Nurenberg Paris (formerly Nurenberg, Plevin, Heller, & McCarthy). He advanced from law clerk to associate to principal, leading and managing the firm's workers' compensation practice for over six years.
