Mr. Cargal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1986. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating in 1992. During law school, he was a member of the mock trial team and interned with both the San Francisco and Santa Clara Public Defender’s Offices.
Mr. Cargal specializes in criminal defense, focusing on DUI and DWI cases. His practice encompasses all stages of criminal proceedings, including pre-trial motions, negotiations, trials, and appeals.
