Robert Martin Daniels is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Daniels is a partner at Skaja, Daniels, Lister & Permito LLP, a law firm located at 960 Canterbury Place, Suite 110, Escondido, California. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Daniels earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at San Diego State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration in 2000. During his time at the University of San Diego, he clerked for an international consulting firm in Paris, France, focusing on foreign direct investment.

Mr. Daniels concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, business law, civil litigation, land use, and real estate. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division, business disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, real estate transactions, and land use issues. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Daniels has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Escondido for five years.

Mr. Daniels is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He served as the past president of the North County Bar Association and has been involved with organizations such as the San Diego Autism Society, Rotary Club of Escondido, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. He also serves as a court-appointed settlement pro tem judge, facilitating settlements between parties in lieu of trial. Mr. Daniels is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
