About Robert J.

Robert J. Curcio built his legal path on two different campuses and a steady progression into private practice. He studied kinesiology at the University of Miami before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Miami in 2014, and later received his J.D. from the University of Illinois - Chicago John Marshall Law School in 2017.

After law school he established himself in Illinois. He joined Curcio Law Offices and has been a partner there since 2017. That early move into a leadership role meant handling both the legal work and the daily responsibilities of running a small firm. Those duties have ranged from client intake and case management to supervising support staff.

Curcio's practice is rooted in serving individuals and businesses across the state. He represents clients before Illinois courts and during negotiations outside the courtroom. He handles filings, prepares pleadings and briefs, and appears at hearings when matters require it. Those tasks make up the routine of his work and shape how he advises people who come to the firm.

Colleagues and clients encounter an attorney who emphasizes clear communication. He aims to explain options in plain language and outline likely next steps. That approach applies whether he is reviewing contracts, drafting documents, or preparing evidence for a hearing. He also spends time on the preparatory work that underlies most cases: investigating facts, collecting records, and mapping out procedural timelines.

Since 2018 he has maintained professional memberships in the legal community. Memberships have provided access to continuing education and local bar activities. Those connections have helped him keep abreast of changes in Illinois law and procedural practice.

Outside the office, his background in kinesiology informs a practical mindset about problem solving and client care. He brings the same methodical attention to deadlines and detail that he developed during his undergraduate studies. He currently practices at Curcio Law Offices, representing clients across Illinois in a range of legal matters.
