Robert E. Rosenberg earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1989. He completed his legal education at a time when the practice of law was adapting to changing court procedures and an expanding array of alternative dispute resolution methods. That education set the stage for a career that mixes courtroom work, client counseling and mediated settlements.
