Robert Deller is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Deller is the founder and sole practitioner at The Law Offices of Robert Deller & Associates, a law firm located in Riverside, California. He has been practicing law for over 37 years, serving clients throughout Riverside and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Deller earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, where he graduated with honors, being inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Georgia Southern University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with minors in History and Psychology. This educational background has provided him with a strong foundation in legal principles and critical thinking.
Mr. Deller concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. In family law, he handles cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence. His personal injury practice includes representing clients in matters such as auto and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Deller has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Riverside for several years.
Mr. Deller is an active member of the California State Bar and the Riverside County Bar Association. He has served as the Family Law Chairperson for the Riverside County Bar Association and is a member of the Leo A. Deegan Inn of Court. He is also a panel member of the RCBA Dispute Resolution Service, Inc. Mr. Deller is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Riverside County effectively.
