Robert Anthony Carichoff is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Carichoff is the founding partner of Triumph Law, P.C., a personal injury law firm located in Folsom, California. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout Northern California, including Sacramento and surrounding areas.

Mr. Carichoff earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996. During his time at the University of Oregon, he graduated cum laude and was involved in student government and honor societies.

Mr. Carichoff concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, representing individuals who have been injured in automobile accidents, truck collisions, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, and other incidents resulting from another's negligence. He also handles cases involving wrongful death and premises liability. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Carichoff has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Sacramento, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has successfully tried numerous cases before judges and juries, recovering millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has also served as an attorney fee arbitrator for both the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association and as a settlement conference attorney for the Sacramento County Superior Court.

Mr. Carichoff is an active member of several professional organizations, including the State Bar of California, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA).
