Robert A Flaugher trained in the Midwest. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University in 1989 and completed his law degree at Capital University in 1996. Those years of study set a steady foundation for a practice that spans two neighboring states.
After law school, Flaugher entered private practice and built a practice licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia. Over time he has handled a range of client matters across state courts and administrative forums. His dual-state admission has allowed him to represent individuals and businesses that face legal issues on both sides of the Ohio–West Virginia border.
