About Rieker
Rieker Carsey practices law in Texas and spends her days handling the kinds of cases that bring people into a lawyer’s office at one of the more difficult moments in their lives. She studied law at Baylor Law School and carried that training into a courtroom-oriented practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
After law school she was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011 and has maintained that membership since. She is licensed to practice in Texas and works primarily within the state’s civil courts. The Texas admission shapes the geography of her work; most of her matters arise from incidents and disputes that occur in and around Dallas and Fort Worth.
Carsey joined Anderson Injury Lawyers and has practised at the firm’s offices in Fort Worth and Dallas. She divides her time between those locations, including secondary offices that the firm maintains in each city. Her position at the firm places her on teams that handle claims from initial client intake through settlement negotiations and, when necessary, trial preparation.
Her practice addresses personal injury matters. She works on case development, evidence review, and negotiating with insurers. She prepares pleadings, manages discovery, and coordinates with experts when the facts of a case require technical analysis. She also prepares cases for trial and represents clients in hearings when the case advances to that stage.
Clients and colleagues describe her work in practical terms: careful case management, attention to deadlines, and steady courtroom preparation. She is often the person coordinating the many moving parts of an injury claim—medical records, provider bills, deposition schedules, and expert reports. That organizational role is a large part of how she moves matters forward for clients who are seeking compensation or a legal resolution after an injury.
She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and continues to practice through Anderson Injury Lawyers’ Fort Worth and Dallas offices. Her practice concentrates on personal injury work for clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
