About Riczy A. Davila
Riczy A. Davila Navarro trained in Venezuela and then extended his legal education in the United States. He holds an LL.M. in U.S. Law from George Mason University School of Law (2023). Earlier academic work includes a postgraduate degree in Employment Law from Universidad Fermín Toro (2017) and a law degree from Universidad Yacambú (2010). Those credentials reflect study in both civil-law and common-law systems.
His early career began in Venezuela, where he practiced as an independent lawyer starting in 2013. He managed matters for individual clients and small businesses, gaining hands-on courtroom and advisory experience. After relocating to the U.S., he worked as a paralegal in 2021 at the firm of Natalie R. Jones Lawyer at Law, a role that helped him adapt to procedural and practical differences in American practice.
In 2024 he joined A.G. Linett & Associates, PA as an associate lawyer. That move followed completion of his LL.M. and a period of transition into the Washington legal environment. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association, both memberships active since 2024. He also holds licensure in Washington, which allows him to represent clients in that jurisdiction.
Colleagues describe him as attentive to case detail and careful in legal analysis. He brings the perspective of someone who has trained under different legal systems and then pursued formal study in U.S. law. That background informs how he approaches statutory interpretation and client counseling. He has handled employment-related questions in both academic and professional settings, reflecting the postgraduate study he undertook in employment law.
His work at A.G. Linett & Associates has involved client interviews, drafting pleadings, and supporting litigation and transactional matters. He follows court procedures in Washington and engages in research that draws on his LL.M. coursework. He also participates in bar association events and networking activities connected to federal practice and Hispanic legal issues.
Outside of case work, he has sought continuing legal education opportunities to strengthen his familiarity with U.S. procedure and practice. He balances procedural rigor with practical problem solving when preparing files for hearings or settlement negotiations. He now practices in Washington as an associate at A.G. Linett & Associates, PA, where he handles employment-law and related matters.
