Rick D Williams earned a law degree after a long run through regional schools. He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1993. Before that he completed an A.S. in Paralegal Administration at Reno Business College in 1989 and a B.S. in Business Marketing and Finance from the University of Nevada–Reno in 1984.
