About Rick

Rick Arcaro studied at Michigan State University, where he earned a B.A. in Business before returning to the same campus for his J.D. His academic background combined business and law training. That combination shaped the practical approach he later brought to civil litigation and client counseling.

He founded the Law Offices of Rick Arcaro in 2005 and has practiced in Florida since then. Over the years his practice has moved through different phases. He built a trial practice and maintained ties to the community through volunteer work and teaching.

Arcaro is active in several professional organizations. He holds Eagle membership in the Florida Justice Association and belongs to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a designated Emeritus Lawyer by the Florida Supreme Court and holds membership in the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. Outside of those memberships he has volunteered time at Gulf Coast Legal Services and served as a guest lecturer at the University of Detroit, bringing courtroom experience to students and community audiences.

Colleagues and opponents describe him as a lawyer who prefers clear preparation over flashy rhetoric. He has focused on courtroom practice and client representation rather than publicity. His memberships suggest sustained work in trial advocacy and plaintiff-side litigation, and his volunteer work points to an interest in access to legal services.

Over two decades in practice have given him repeated exposure to the procedural demands of civil cases and the pressures of trial work. He has handled pretrial investigations, discovery, motion practice, and jury trials. He also speaks to law students and community groups about litigation strategy and the practical realities of representing injured parties and individual clients.

Today he practices under the banner of Florida Biker Law. That office ties together his litigation experience and an interest in cases that affect motorcyclists and similar road-users. He continues to balance courtroom work, volunteer service, and occasional teaching engagements, and his current practice focuses on representing clients through negotiation and trial at Florida Biker Law.
