About Richard T.

Richard T — Herman is an immigration attorney based in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990 and his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 1982. After his admission to the Ohio Bar, he worked in Moscow, Russia, providing legal counsel to Russian and Ukrainian entrepreneurs conducting business with the United States. He co-founded a U.S.-affiliated law firm in Moscow and practiced there for nearly two years, advising on U.S. business immigration during the post-Soviet economic transition. In 1995, he established the Herman Legal Group in Cleveland, focusing on immigration law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and before federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
