About Richard Martin Nazareth
Richard Martin Nazareth II trained first as a business student and then as a lawyer. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a B.A. in Business Administration, and earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University in 2004. Those two degrees frame the career he has built—an intersection of business sense and litigation practice.
After law school he moved into practice and into leadership. He is the CEO of The Nazareth Law Office, P.A., a role that combines client work with management responsibilities. In that capacity he oversees case strategy and the day-to-day operations of the firm. Colleagues describe him as practical and precise in how he runs a small law office and how he approaches legal problems.
Nazareth is admitted to practice in Florida and before two federal appellate courts: the D.C. Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters that progress beyond trial courts and into appellate review. They also suggest familiarity with federal procedural rules and the particular demands of appellate briefs and oral argument.
His practice reflects those courtroom avenues. He represents clients in matters that require attention to federal appellate procedure and state-level litigation in Florida. Cases that reach circuit courts often require a different cadence than trial work. Nazareth’s approach emphasizes careful brief writing and a disciplined record on appeal. He prepares arguments intended to be clear and concise, and he tailors advocacy to the expectations of appellate judges.
Running a law office has given him a dual perspective: he spends time on individual client matters and on the systems that support those matters. He manages staffing, client intake, and case workflows while remaining involved in substantive legal work. That balance shapes how the firm assigns cases and communicates with clients.
Outside the courtroom he keeps up with changes in federal and state procedure that affect appellate practice. He has navigated appeals and federal filings that require attention to deadlines and precise legal citation. He brings that procedural discipline to the firm’s work.
He practices at The Nazareth Law Office, P.A., where he concentrates on matters that proceed in Florida courts and in the D.C. and Federal Circuits.
