Richard L. Knickerbocker is a retired attorney who was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1964, holding. He was previously the principal attorney at Knickerbocker Law Firm, located in Malibu, California. Throughout his career, Mr. Knickerbocker practiced in various jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the 6th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.
