Richard Joseph Rosiak is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989 and holds bar number 141430. Mr. Rosiak earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, graduating in 1986. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Hartford, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. He also obtained a Master of Arts degree from the University of Hartford in 1982. During his time at Western State University, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided his practice.
Mr. Rosiak concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, real estate law, personal injury, wills and probate, and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, landlord-tenant disputes, and estate planning. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Los Angeles for several years, gaining extensive experience in various areas of law.

Mr. Rosiak is fluent in both English and Polish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
