About Richard
Richard Guerriero built his legal foundation at Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and returned to the same school for his Juris Doctor in 1984. Those years in Baton Rouge marked the start of a long career in law.
After earning his J.D., Guerriero moved into private practice. Over the decades that followed he developed a steady practice and joined Lothstein Guerriero, PLLC. The firm environment has allowed him to handle a range of client matters and to collaborate with other lawyers on complex issues.
Guerriero's career extends beyond his firm work. He serves on the Board of Governors of the New Hampshire Bar Association. That role places him in the middle of bar governance and policy discussions in the state. Colleagues describe his approach as pragmatic and collegial, and his board work ties practice-level concerns to the broader profession.
His education at Paul M. Hebert Law Center continues to inform his approach to case strategy and client counseling. The legal training there emphasized rigorous analysis and clear advocacy. Guerriero carries those hallmarks into daily practice, advising clients, preparing filings, and appearing where needed on their behalf.
Inside the office he manages a steady docket and works directly with clients to resolve disputes and pursue their objectives. Outside it he participates in bar activities and the professional conversations that shape practice in New Hampshire. He balances casework and governance duties across the calendar year.
Through more than four decades since finishing law school, Guerriero has kept a focus on practical problem solving and procedural clarity. He practices law at Lothstein Guerriero, PLLC, and his current practice focuses on handling client matters and participating in bar governance work.
