Richard Gaxiola is a criminal defense attorney based in Phoenix, Arizona — He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000. Following graduation, he began his legal career as a criminal defense trial attorney, representing clients in major felony and complex cases. In 2003, Richard co-founded Alex & Gaxiola, P.C., serving as managing partner and lead trial attorney until 2012.
During this period, he handled many criminal cases, including murder, drug trafficking, and aggravated assault. In 2012, he established Gaxiola Law Group, focusing primarily on criminal defense and select personal injury cases.
