About Richard E.

Richard E. Quiles built a steady path into the practice of law. He studied political science as an undergraduate, earning a B.S. from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2015. He went on to law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and received his J.D. in 2018.

Those years of study shaped how he approaches legal questions. His political science background gave him a frame for thinking about institutions and policy. Law school sharpened the tools he now uses in client matters—research, brief writing and oral advocacy. After graduating, he entered practice in California and now works under that state’s jurisdiction.

By 2022 Quiles was practicing at Quiles Law, P.C. The record lists him as a lawyer at the firm beginning that year. Public summaries show his association with the firm and his ongoing work there. Over time he has taken on matters from the firm’s office and represented clients in the state where he is licensed to practice.

Quiles maintains current membership in professional associations that support legal practice. He participates in the ordinary activities of a practicing attorney: advising clients, preparing legal documents and representing interests in negotiations or hearings when required. He combines the analytical habits honed in law school with the practical demands of day-to-day client work. Colleagues and clients see a lawyer who is methodical and attentive to procedural detail.

His office at Quiles Law, P.C. serves as the base for his work in California. He handles intake, fact investigation and the drafting of pleadings and motions as part of the firm’s services. He also takes part in the business operations of the practice and in efforts to maintain professional relationships and compliance with state rules. As of 2026 he practices at Quiles Law, P.C., handling client matters under California law.
