About Rhiannon
Rhiannon Herbert began her legal training at Capital University Law School, earning her J.D. in 2019 after entering the program in 2016. She completed the standard course of study there and left law school ready to move into practice. Her education provided a foundation in core areas of law and courtroom procedure, which she carried into her early roles at a small firm.
Her practical training started at Mansell Law, where she served as a law clerk in 2018. That year she worked on research, drafted pleadings and supported case preparation. The clerkship allowed her to learn firm processes and client management on the job. It also offered a close view of litigation strategy and transactional work handled by the firm.
In 2019 she transitioned to an attorney role at the same office. As an attorney at Mansell Law, she took on increased responsibility for client counseling and courtroom filings. Colleagues describe her as reliable in case preparation and attentive to procedural details. Her courtroom appearances have generally reflected steady advocacy rather than theatrical presentation; she prefers clear arguments and thorough briefing.
Her practice is conducted in Ohio, where she is authorized to operate. Working in a state environment means navigating state rules, local court procedures and client expectations in a range of matters. Over time she has built experience across the typical caseloads handled by a regional firm, concentrating on serving clients through each stage of a matter from intake to resolution.
Her career path shows continuity. She moved from law student to clerk to attorney within the same firm. That progression allowed her to carry institutional knowledge forward and develop client relationships that began during her clerkship. It also meant she could take on more complex tasks sooner than someone joining a new office, because she already knew the firm's systems and key contacts.
Outside of daily practice she maintains current professional membership in at least one legal association, remaining engaged with peers and local legal developments. She has not been noted for public leadership roles, nor are widely reported publications attached to her name. Her work style emphasizes preparedness and steady case management.
She currently practices at Mansell Law, serving clients in Ohio.
