About Reza Ramin

Reza Ramin Dibadj is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the states of California, New York, and Massachusetts. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005, the New York State Bar in 1998, and the Massachusetts State Bar in 1997. His license status is active in all three jurisdictions. Mr. Dibadj is the Managing Partner at Park & Dibadj, LLP, a boutique legal and business consultancy based in San Francisco, California. He also serves as a Professor of Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law, contributing to the academic community since 2004.

Mr. Dibadj earned his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1997, graduating magna cum laude. In the same year, he received his Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School. Prior to his legal and business studies, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences, specializing in Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering, at Harvard College in 1991, graduating magna cum laude. Throughout his career, Mr. Dibadj has been admitted to practice before several courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has also appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has been recognized for his contributions to legal scholarship and practice, including serving on the Plaintiffs’ Settlement Committee in litigation related to an FDA-recalled medical device, which settled in 2015 for $14,250,000.
