About Renzo
Renzo Bosoni earned a B.A. from Boston University in 2006 and continued his studies at Florida International University, where he received an M.A. in 2008. He completed his legal education at American University Washington College of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 2012. Those academic steps set the foundation for a practice rooted in state and federal procedure.
He entered practice soon after law school as a senior associate at Florida Foreclosure Law Group in 2012. The role exposed him to high-volume litigation and the procedural mechanics of mortgage- and title-related matters. He handled pleadings, discovery and courtroom appearances while learning how complex paperwork and tight timelines shape outcomes for lenders and borrowers alike.
Two years later he moved into a leadership role, becoming managing partner at Ralph Kenol & Associates P.A. in 2014. In that position he oversaw case management and supervised associates. The job required balancing client intake, litigation strategy and the administrative side of running a firm. It also expanded his experience in managing teams and responding to the practical demands of civil litigation in Florida.
He subsequently founded First Legal P.A., where he directs the firm's operations and casework. As founder he has been responsible for establishing office practices and assigning matters across the firm’s locations. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, which allows him to handle both state and federal litigation matters.
Bosoni maintains memberships in professional organizations. He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2012 and joined the Dade County Bar Association in 2017. Those affiliations keep him tied to local and national developments in law and procedure.
He works out of offices in Coral Gables and in the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area, where he sees clients and appears in regional courts. His background includes experience in foreclosure and related civil litigation, and his practice handles matters that require familiarity with Florida court rules and federal procedures. He concentrates his current practice on litigation and transactional work in areas tied to real property and civil disputes.
