Rebecca Goldfarb is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Goldfarb earned her Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark College Northwestern School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During her time at Lewis & Clark, she focused on estate planning and elder law, areas that have become central to her legal practice.
Ms. Goldfarb concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate. She provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and families, including the creation of wills, trusts, and advanced healthcare directives. Her practice encompasses all stages of estate planning, from initial consultations and document preparation to probate proceedings and trust administration. Throughout her career, Ms. Goldfarb has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years. Her extensive experience in estate planning and elder law has equipped her to handle complex cases involving high-net-worth individuals and intricate family dynamics.
Ms. Goldfarb is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Estate Planning section and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s Probate and Estate Planning Section. She is also a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of estate planning attorneys. In 2013, she was recognized as a Trusted Advisor by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. Additionally, she received the Women’s Business Award from Comerica Bank and the Los Angeles Lakers.
