About Rebecca
Rebecca Blain earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008. She entered the legal profession in the same year after completing law school. Her legal training in San Diego set the stage for a career centered on civil litigation and consumer matters.
She began her post-law school career as a lawyer at Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire in 2008. That early experience placed her in a firm known for plaintiff-side work. Over the years she moved into private practice and now serves through Blain Morrison Law Corporation.
Blain’s bar and community involvement runs deep. She joined the San Diego County Bar Association in 2010 and has remained active. In 2010 she also joined the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Lawyers of California. Her membership in Consumer Lawyers of San Diego dates back to 2008. She participated in the Honorable William B. Enright American Inn of Court from 2013 to 2015, and served as pro bono counsel for Stand Up for Kids, San Diego between 2013 and 2014. She is also listed as a member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego beginning in 2011.
