Reagan H — Weaver is an attorney and mediator based in Raleigh, North Carolina. A member of the North Carolina State Bar since 1984, he has built a solid reputation in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Weaver earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Prior to his law degrees, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economics at the same institution in 1973, which provided him with a unique perspective on global economic issues. Throughout his career, Weaver has concentrated on mediation and arbitration, focusing on facilitating communication to resolve conflicts effectively.

He has mediated several hundred cases, covering many issues including business disputes, personal injury, employment matters, workers' compensation, contract disputes, and administrative issues.
