Raul Coretana Sabado is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Sabado is the founder and managing attorney at Sabado & Associates, APLC, a law firm located in Claremont, California. He has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Sabado earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2000. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was actively involved in various student organizations and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Mr. Sabado concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile defense, and DUI defense. He represents individuals in matters involving felony and misdemeanor charges, juvenile delinquency proceedings, and driving under the influence offenses. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sabado has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in Los Angeles for five years.
Mr. Sabado is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service, where he has served as president. He is also a member of the Eastern Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the California DUI Lawyers Association. Additionally, he holds a certification as a Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Counselor. Mr. Sabado is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
