Randolf Krbechek is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. His license is currently in active status. He has been practicing law for over 35 years, serving clients throughout the Central Valley region.
Mr. Krbechek earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1984, graduating cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1989 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Krbechek's practice areas include business law, estate planning, and real estate law. He represents clients in matters such as business formation, mergers and acquisitions, estate administration, and real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Krbechek has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Fresno, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Thomas, Snell, Jamison, Russell & Asperger in Fresno from 1989 to 1992.
Mr. Krbechek is an active member of the California State Bar, participating in the Business Law and Estate Planning sections. He is also a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where he is involved in the Business Law and Law Practice Management sections. In the community, he has served on the Fresno County Law Library Acquisition Committee since 2005 and was a board member of the Fresno Discovery Center from 2001 to 2003, including serving as president from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Krbechek is fluent in English and Polish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Central Valley effectively.
