About Randall
Randall Richardson earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001. He completed his legal education in Tuscaloosa and began building a practice rooted in local needs. Early in his career he moved into roles that combined litigation, transactional work and community service.
Richardson has long worked in Alabama's legal community. He is admitted to practice in the state and has maintained ties to county and statewide organizations. Those ties include a leadership role in the St. Clair County Bar Association, where he served as president from 2010 to 2011. That period placed him at the center of local bar activities and offered opportunities to steward programs and events for practitioners across the county.
His membership choices reflect recurring professional interests. Richardson joined the St. Clair Association of Realtors as an affiliate in 2012 and remains a member. Since 2014 he has belonged to the American Land Title Association. Taken together, those affiliations point to sustained involvement in real estate and title issues, both practical and regulatory.
Colleagues describe him as steady and approachable in day-to-day work. He has handled routine closings and title examinations as well as more complex property matters that require coordination among lenders, surveyors and local officials. Richardson’s calendar often includes file reviews, document preparation and negotiation over deed and lien issues. He brings an orderly approach to files and an emphasis on clear communication.
Public service has also featured in his career. Beyond the bar presidency, he has participated in local forums and contributed to discussions on improving title practices in his county. Those activities have given him a platform to address procedural questions that affect both lawyers and nonlawyers in real estate transactions.
Richardson practices at Pruitt & Richardson, P.C., where he represents individuals and businesses on property-related matters. He handles transactional tasks, title work and other legal duties tied to land and real estate. He maintains his Alabama license and remains active in professional groups tied to real estate and title practice.
He currently practices at Pruitt & Richardson, P.C., where his work concentrates on land title, real estate transactions and related legal matters.
