About Randall
Randall Mansour studied law in two different programs before settling into disability practice. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2004 and then completed legal studies at Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2007 and Wayne State University Law School in 2009. Those years of study included practical work that would shape his early career.
Early hands-on experience came through internships. In 2008 he worked for Judge Richard Wygonik at the Dearborn 19th District Court. The following year he interned with the Immigration Clinic at the Archdiocese of Detroit. After law school he joined Disability Lawyers of Michigan as a lawyer in 2009. That role put him directly on claimant matters and administrative work that often accompanies disability cases.
Mansour moved into firm leadership a decade later. In 2019 he became a partner at Disability Law Group. He maintains active ties to professional organizations related to Social Security and disability advocacy. He has served on the board of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives since 2012. He joined the board of the Oakland County Bar Association in 2019 and has been a trustee of Disability Network Eastern Michigan since 2020. He also served on the State Bar of Michigan’s Social Security Section board from 2019 through 2023.
His practice centers on disability claims and the processes that follow denials. He represents claimants in Social Security disability proceedings, handles administrative hearings before ALJs, and pursues appeals where necessary. His work involves preparing medical and vocational evidence, advising clients on procedural steps, and appearing at hearings. Those responsibilities reflect long involvement in the field rather than courtroom litigation in other areas of law.
Colleagues and organizations have kept him connected to developments in Social Security law and administrative practice. The combination of board service and day-to-day client work keeps him familiar with procedural changes and continuing education in the field. He has balanced firm responsibilities with participation in local disability advocacy through the Disability Network and other groups.
He is currently a partner at Disability Law Group and continues to represent claimants in Social Security disability matters, administrative hearings, and related appeals.
